New live demos

We now provide our potential customers with four new live demos for our different schemas: simple document XML, DITA main and DITA map schema as well as the JATS schema.

Simple XML document schema

The Xeditor-standard-implementation works with a very slim and simple XML-schema wich mainly consists of chapters and paragraphs.

This Xeditor-Version includes all core-functionalities like table- or review-functions (comments, change-tracking) as well as a formulareditor and a live-XML-view.

DITA main schema

DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) is an information architecture, a XML standard and is topic oriented. This means: information is divided in units of information, like instructions, a warning message or as small as the subject line of a letter. This approach attempts to reduce redundancy of information and enable reusability. DITA supports creating content adapted for different target audiences, product variations, and markets.

DITA maps schema

DITA maps is an information architecture, a XML standard and is topic oriented.

This means: information is divided in units of information, like instructions, a warning message or as small as the subject line of a letter.

A DITA map organizes a set of topics into a hierarchy. This approach attempts to reduce redundancy of information and enable reusability. DITA supports creating content adapted for different target audiences, product variations, and markets.

Xeditor supports DITA 1.2 and provides support for creating, editing and managing DITA maps.
